Details of planned outages and other announcements for the Secondary Uses Service SUS+ and Data Landing Platform (DLP) services. Please report any service issues on 0300 303 5035 or via the web reporting tool.

Maintenance is planned on the SUS+ or DLP platforms on the following dates and times. The systems may be unavailable during these times.

Wednesday 10 April 2024	6pm to 10pm	SUS+/DLP maintenance
Wednesday 24 April 2024	6pm to 10pm	SUS+/DLP maintenance

SUS+ (Silver Service): Operational hours - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year

DLP (Bronze Service): Operational hours - 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)
