About the service

We hold a record of both administrative and health geographical boundary information. We also hold information relating to NHS organisations, including:

name changes
coding
hierarchical relationships

Anyone can access the standard data sets on the ONS website, but we can provide bespoke data extracts tailored to your needs.

Who the service is for

This service is available to any organisation within the NHS, or in the wider health sector.

Charges for this service

This service is free for health organisations.
