Community Services Data Set archived documentation

As a secondary uses data set Community Services Data Set (CSDS) re-uses clinical and operational data for purposes other than direct patient care. It defines the data items, definitions and associated value sets extracted or derived from local information systems and sent to NHS Digital for analysis purposes.

The CSDS v1.5 was the earlier version of the data set which went live in July 2020 and was replaced by CSDS v1.6 in January 2023.

The CSDS v1.0 was the earlier version of the data set which went live in October 2017 and was replaced by CSDS v1.5 in July 2020.

Children and Young People's Health Services Data Set - Retired

The Children and Young People's Health Services Data Set (CYPHS) provided information on children and young people in contact with health services.
